The heating pad & ibuprofen have been my best friends today. I somehow managed to pull a muscle in my lower back & in my shoulder. (It may or may not have had a lot to do with lifting some boxes incorrectly.)

I go back to work tomorrow for a 7 day stretch & then have next weekend off. Since our inspection happened on Wednesday I no longer have to be concerned with that. At least until after the first of the year. We passed which is all that ultimately matters.

I think I am going to read a few chapters while I wait for the nighttime meds to kick in.
